Co-starring Farina and Sofía Reyes, this series premieres on September 24
MIAMI (September 21, 2020) – The international superstar Thalía announces her new project that combines original music, intimate stories and empowerment. She serves as the star and executive producer of Latin Music Queens, which premieres on Thursday, September 24 at 9 p.m. ET on Facebook Watch, Facebook's global video destination.
On this project, Thalía is joined by Farina, the Colombian rapper and singer known as La Nena Fina, along with the bilingual pop star Sofía Reyes.
This series is comprised of six episodes that will drop at 9 p.m. ET every Thursday on Thalía’s Facebook Page, through the finale on October 29, when the three artists will unveil their new song together, while building anticipation for the imminent premiere of its music video.
The three queens of Latin music bring together their inspiration and their diverse experiences, not only to lift the curtain on their personal and professional lives, but also to create new music that brings out each performer's unique talents.
Thalía recently released La Luz, her sultry single and video with the rising urban artist Myke Towers, along with her second children's album Viva Kids Vol. 2. In late August, she also released the vinyl version of her iconic live album Primera Fila in Mexico to commemorate its 10th anniversary.
Meanwhile, in late July, Farina debuted her single A Fuego, whose official video has surpassed 12 million views and is currently working on more new music.
Sofía Reyes, who recently released Echalo Pa' Ca, is the most streamed female Mexican singer on Spotify with over 10 million monthly listeners and has been nominated twice to the Latin American Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, Latin GRAMMYs®, Premios Juventud among many others.
Latin Music Queens is a series produced by The Mottola Company Inc. with Tommy Mottola serving as executive producer. Thalía serves as executive producer, along with eOne and Sony Music Latin. Tara Long, Mark Herwick, Alex Gallardo, Afo Verde, Alex Davies, Melissa Bidwell also serve as executive producers.
