Enjoy the talent and empowering combination of Farina, Thalia and Sofía Reyes every Thursday on Latin Music Queens, their Facebook Watch series

MIAMI (October 8, 2020) – The Colombian rapper and singer Farina and the international superstar Thalía premiere their single and video Ten Cuidao (Be Careful) at 6 P.M. ET today. This release will be followed at 9 P.M. by the third episode of their series Latin Music Queens on Facebook Watch, which also co-stars the bilingual pop vocalist Sofía Reyes.

Written by Farina and Thalia, this song is a lively reggaetón that's filled with energy and attitude. The lyrics make it clear that the woman calls the shots in this game of seduction: "Ten cuidao, que yo no me amarro con nadie. Ten cuidao, hoy salí bonita pa' la calle" (Be careful, I don’t get tied down by anyone. Be careful, today I hit the street looking beautiful.)

The two artists sing and rap with the chemistry that also characterizes their real-life friendship and which they recently displayed on the hit single Estoy Soltera (I Am Single), where they join the Peruvian singer Leslie Shaw.

Farina is thrilled with Ten Cuidao and its brilliant music video, directed by Cameron Busby (Niall Horan, Wiz Khalifa), which portrays the two divas as a Purple Queen and Red Queen of chess. "Ten Cuidao is what we tell the person who thinks that we as women are easy to convince. Both of us are women who choose what we want and who we want. We wanted to make a conceptual video that represents powerful women, confident in handling any circumstance or situation, and we found the perfect metaphor in chess queens. Each of us selected the color that represents our personality. That's why you see both of us joined by our multiracial squad, which shows how we as women can share our ideals while still being unique and gorgeous. We filmed the video in the lovely City of New York. We were joined by an amazing dance team that was able to execute the movements that we wanted. I am overjoyed to be working with one of my Latina divas and inspirations. Thalía is amazing, or more than amazing. She is generous and passionate, as I am, and that makes us connect 100 percent," said Farina.

"Farina is an extremely talented woman. I love her vibe, her attitude and that feminine power that she has. Collaborating with her fills me with emotion, because together, we are electricity and we have a spectacular chemistry. This song represents the strength and the determination with which we get respect, while telling it like it is in a mischievous way," expressed Thalía.

Latin Music Queens highlights the importance of female talent in the Latin music industry. It also reveals the creative process of conceptualizing songs and videos, giving viewers unprecedented insights about what goes on behind their favorite hits. We watch as these three artists create music that highlights each individual's unique talents.

In the premiere, we witness the magic moment when Farina and Thalía met in a New York City studio to listen to original material by Farina, leading to the two artists rapping to what would become Ten Cuidao.

This song will also be highlighted in today's episode where we will see more behind-the-scenes footage of its creation.

Each of the six episodes is broadcast at 9 P.M. ET every Thursday, through the finale on October 29, when the three artists will unveil their new song together, while building anticipation for the imminent premiere of its music video. With 1.25 billion monthly viewers, Facebook Watch is one of the world's most important visual platforms.

Latin Music Queens is a series produced by The Mottola Company Inc., eOne and Sony Music Latin. It was conceived of by Thalía, who shares the executive production role with Tommy Mottola, Afo Verde, Alex Gallardo, Tara Long, Mark Herwick and Melissa Bidwell. Latin Music Queens can be enjoyed on Facebook Watch.
